Trevor Hampton's autobiography is a record of a remarkable life as a motorcyclist, WW2 test pilot, sailor and diver.  In all fields he excelled, often with breath-taking excess. He writes with an intimate, sensitive style that belies his daredevil approach to life. It is a thoroughly good read which at times leaves you lmost breathless at his derring-do.
